Exercises that are Aerobic and Zumba are those in which your muscles use oxygen to function - these exercises are also the ones that make you breathe faster, sweat, and feel your heart pound. Knowing what you want out of exercise may get you motivated to begin.

HOW TO REDUCE WEIGHT WITHOUT EXERCISE 

Being an overweight person is, not about they look bad but they must be facing health issues,  at the first sight, some people judge they are foody or eat lots of hygiene food (unless you don’t have a problem being overweight). here we have some tips to reduce weight and to control weight without going gym. Not every one have time to go gym so these tips can be help to control and lose your weight no doubt Exercises help a real lot to get some pounds off the body, but when you’re busy and do not have enough time to exercise, sweat out and gym; you need something that’ll help you lose some pounds without exercise 

1. Change Your Eating Habits  

Take a look around, and it will be easy to identify a few behaviors you can change that will add up to big calorie savings. You need a strategy for your meals. Figure out the frequency of your meals that works best in your life and stick to it. Regular meals help prevent bingeing. Eat six times divide your food into 6 times meal. Drinking plenty of water before half hour of your meals. Never eat heavy food at night. avoid junk food in the night. prefer posted food instead of fried food. Start your day with green tea/lukewarm lemon water / green coffee in the morning with empty stomach.
have healthy breakfast  not heavy. Have some fruits between your lunch and breakfast. add salad or light meal between lunch and dinner. 

2. Focus On Funk Instead Of Junk

Yes, Check your eating behavior. Are you eating so much of junk food? you need to change it soon. we have very option to replace these all junk to funk food. e.g Instead of reaching for that bag of  potato chips, try kale chips. Okay, we admit that we’re not the biggest fans of kale, but kale chips are pretty good. Or, if you don’t have any kale, use lots of vegetables (or fruits) to make great veggie chips. macaronis instead of maida you can opt wheat and can make at your own way at home same applicable with maggi. instead of rice you can opt porridge. there is lots of opt are available in the market now lots of healthy namkins are available in the market. just required lil effort and knowledge about healthy funk food. 


3. Stair Instead Of Elevators 

Walk as much as you can allow yourself a lil discomfort. do you home task by yourself like clean your room. make food for yourself sometime wash cloth by hand instead of machine. take a long walk. take small small walk after every hour gap while sitting in office. 


4. count your calories  

 Whenever you going for your grocery always check the calories of that food containing prefer low calories food. avoid junk food you will not buy and you will not eat. 


5. Green Tea/Green Coffee 

Prefer green coffee or tea in the morning and day. it boost your metabolism.
